Self Help Personal Growth

Born in Hammond, Indiana I now reside in the Chicagoland area. This is my second published book. The first one titled, "Unlocking the Secrets of MLM Lead Generation," was a directory of businesses providing leads to the network marketing industry. I also built a network marketing organization comprised of over 3,000 people.

My early years in furniture retail schooled me in the art of sales. I worked my way up the ladder through warehouse operations, customer service, and finally sales management. I hired and trained scores of sales people for four different locations. My experiences provided many valuable insights, such as why people succeed or fail in the work place.

After leaving the furniture industry, I started a direct mail business and also an advertising agency placing coupon ad inserts into newspapers. The experience and knowledge gained in sales, management, advertising and marketing now qualified me to run my family's business, which was a retail piano store. Through the development and use of a more effective marketing and advertising plan, sales to quadruple in just two short years.

One way I like to be characterized is "someone who loves learning, but disliked school." I felt even during my high school days there was "something wrong with the formal educational system." Now that I have identified exactly what needs to be changed, I am on a mission to help others improve the "way we teach."

Another passion I have also concerns learning. I was raised in a difficult enviroment, and give credit for the successes in my life to the help of a few "good mentors," several wonderful self-help books, and some truly-life changing "success" courses.

Knowing that millions of others come from a similar background, and many encounter what seem to be insurmountable obstacles in their own lives, I felt compelled to write this summary of what I have learned over the years. It is my hope that you will benefit as much from this information as I have!
